I wonder if this judgement may have wider implications, in terms of the principles behind it?

Can it be treated as a test case?

Are we allowed to correctly sex Yaniv on Mumsnet, now that Yaniv's "improper motives" (predation, extortion) have been ruled upon? I lose track.

Or is this still a special woman acting predatory and trying to extort money from not so special women?
