Just saw this and thought some people here would be interested. It's sad news but it sounds like Magdalen is being well supported.

Wholly inadequate for Magdalen, her family and friends and a heart felt thank you for your strength, courage and hard work in highlighting the issues of trans ideology and its impact on women's rights.

I am gutted, genuinely upset and sad that MB has received such devastating news. She contrbuted greatly to my peak trans moment, her wit, humour, and ability to take TRA nonsense out at the knees in a straight talking, no nonsense manner is so inspiring and relatable. Wishing her peace and love for however long she has left XX

I really appreciated your ability to skewer the Queery Theory bullshit and tell it like it is, without mincing your words and with the kind of dry, deadpan humour that makes me cackle my arse off. I was at the event Julie Burchill hosted in Brighton and got to see one of your videos on the big screen in a cinema full of feminists- you got a massive cheer. You're a fucking shero and many of us wouldn't have peak transed as fast as we did if it wasn't for you. I owe you a massive thanks for what you've done for me and the rest of the GC movement.

And she has, in a way, already defied the cruellest odds. It's been 28 months since her diagnosis. Median survival is 10 to 15 months. That is the heartbreaking reality for glioblastoma patients and their loved ones.

Indeed. My nephew was diagnosed 9 months ago with the same terrible disease and has just gone into palliative care. Like Magdalen he didn't shirk the truth and brought his birthday party forward to June so that he could still take part to the full.

Magdalen's fierce intelligence and searing honesty about her illness has given us all the chance to say how much she means to us and what a huge difference she has made, and promise her that we will carry her work forward.

This is awful - Magdalen is an inspiration.

Like a cool, strong, razor sharp torch beam through murky waters.

I'm in awe of her wisdom, bravery & wit (as are 13yo & 11yo dds).

Very sorry about your nephew NotAtMyAge. My mother died from a brain tumour only 4 months after the first obvious symptoms. Some types are incredibly aggressive. Magdalen has already beaten so many odds by making it as far as she has.

Yours is the name that comes up again and again when women describe how they woke up to the current threat to women's rights. If we manage to halt the tide that is sweeping away sex-based rights, you will have played a huge part in that victory. You will be remembered with enormous love and admiration for as long as all of us on this thread - and thousands of your other fans - live.

Very sad news. I've enjoyed Magdalen's YouTube videos. Such a feisty, passionate, take no prisoners kind of woman, the best kind.

and I mean know disrespect, I know flowers are more appropriate but Magdalen seems to me more a gin kinda woman.
