This is a continuation of all that is JY and their waxing cases bought against minority women in Canada.

We are a fair way in, and still are no closer to knowing what the final judgment will be, but we have lots of info. and are finally seeing this case, and all the attending issues with self ID, in the public eye and main stream press.

Looks like Kay knows who is trans and who isn't. Hope those skills extend to being able identifying them before women get damaged & they share the knowledge.

The most horrifying thing about this whole shitshow is not how much of a sociopathic pervert Yaniv is - the world has far too many men like this and we all know it. It's not even news.

The most horrifying thing about this is that the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal has actually allowed him to continue tormenting these women through all these cases. And the tribunal member is now going to go away for at least 3 months to give careful consideration to this abusive pervert's batshit fucked-up arguments about why working class migrant women should have to handle his junk.

Everybody can see what's going on here, even the tras. I bet even the tribunal member can see what's going on. I don't envy her, it's obvious that Canada made very bad law (C16?) and it has fallen upon her to interpret and implement it.

My biggest hope for the (long term) outcome of these cases is for a change in the law for Canada and then for other countries to pay attention and take a massive step back on whatever current or planned laws they each have that would allow this to happen.

I'd like to hear the tras' suggestions for legal amendments that would prevent them from being so horribly embarrassed again.

What are Blaire White's suggestions for legal amendments that would prevent this happening again?

It’s all very well for people like Blair White or Kay Brown or Morgane Oger to condemn Yaniv. But they have to accept that if they want to push for “acceptance without exception “ then this is the result.

If transwomen raised and socialised as men want to try to tell women what the definition of a woman is, then they can’t suddenly pick and choose because one of their sorority gives the rest of them a bad name. They need to own Yaniv And take responsibility for the mess that their ideology has made.

All the "he's not trans" people have just come out against self-ID. That's at least interesting. I think I recall previously Blaire White being very scornful about trans feminine people who hadn't in White's view made enough effort to transition so we already knew White was anti self ID generally. What puzzles me is what White then thinks about actual females who make no effort to look feminine. If you think TWAW it seems bizarre to apply different standards to TW and "other" (in their terminology) W.

This is very true - and the current level of scrutiny doesn't stop people like AC getting through - but I guess it stops some opportunists like the massive prison "gets you an easy life so why not wear a wig" population that are just doing the same as the "gets you better food so why not convert to Judaism" crowd.

Here's an opinion piece written by Morgane Over about the JY case. Its poorly argued in my opinion, states transwomen are woman like tall women or francophone women but it did get me thinking about what would happen if a transwoman tried to bring a case against someone for sex discrimination using the protected characteristic under the EA. Our politicians are only too happy to parrot TWAW, how far would they allow such a case to go in order to conceal their own lie?

Zebras, I'm quite surprised that the UK rape crisis centres and WA don't refuse funding. How many women are going to use them if there are male staff? Eventually they are not going to be needed by enough people to make it worthwhile to keep them open. I suppose that's the overarching plan. It's just depressing from a woman's pov. We'll need an underground movement.
