They need to demand medical records. Males do not have periods FFS.

Especially when the mother also refers to JY as "he". And as JY identifies as a trans woman, that specifically rules them out of the biological realities of going through female puberty. This was all said under oath too...

There is a lot wrong in their relationship, and if they spending most nights together (don't forget JY is in hospital a lot) I still wouldn't read anything in to it. I'm sure they both have spare beds, or sofas, or whatever.
The mom also said she only gets the hour when she baths alone, and some (odd) people surmised that mom must be bathing JY

So, like I said there's a lot wrong with their relationship but I don't think we need to go there!

Plus is it even relevant to the whole tribunal case? I don't think so.

No worries Red - there's a lot of info, and it does get confusing. Have a look at the thread I linked to a few posts up as it has the background and is pretty punch up to date with where things are.

My worry is if we start speculating too much these threads will be pulled, and I'd hate to loose all this info.

For anyone newly joining this thread on Sunday morning, this YT channel has eight videos from the hearing 17 July.

That a supposedly sane govt in a sophisticated, civilised country could have voted for new laws that have facilitated insanity is mind-boggling.

In one video Yaniv suddenly claims to have a vulva and the defence lawyer points out that in all the months of preparation and all the paperwork Yaniv provided, this had never been mentioned -- in fact, JY had repeatedly stated that genitals are male ~ and indeed, this is the crux that the entire case hinges on!

So the lawyer says, OK a medical examination will settle this ambiguity, and Yaniv refuses, and states that the genitals in question, be they male or female, are irrelevant.

Surely when Yaniv refused to have the matter cleared up by an independent medical professional the tribunal should have been ended by someone in charge. Is anyone in charge any more?

Is that the Waxmyballs youtube channel where we can now hear JY claiming to be intersex and having both sets of male and female external genital at once, despite this being medicaly impossible, even in the extremely rare genetic mosaicism types of intersex conditions (where the ovotestes tissue is always internal).

I really truly do not understand how this is even allowed. It’s a mess. A rambling strange mess that should not be indulged. I really don’t get how this has got this far at all.

I am really unimpressed by how the Member (judge) is handling this. Yaniv is being allowed to waffle on incoherently about irrelevant stuff, the mother has clearly been coached, and there are constant lies and inconsistencies which go unchallenged.

So the mother in this video seems to be saying that jy ‘came out’ to her last july? But in her testimony elsewhere in the case backs up jy’s assertion that they were ‘diagnosed as a girl’ aged 6, and has always presented as female in private, and started periods aged 13/14? Wtf, how is this allowed?

If JY is claiming to be intersex, couldn't someone just ask them what intersex condition they have? Because that would then determine what kind of genital configuration they possessed.

And presumably, any knowledgeable questioning would reveal that it was (or wasn't) a lie.
