Excellent blog thanks for posting Lang.
So much to say about this I'm not quite sure where to begin. I'm thinking professionals would find a study of the dynamic between JY and their mother fascinating. I will leave it there...
Just seeing the first two examples (as well as some random tweets) it's quite obvious there is a racist element in the targeting of these women. I can't even begin to imagine the stress these women are having to deal with, from their initial interactions with JY to the harassment to legal threats now bought to fruition thanks to what could only be described as woke idiocy. As for the tampons, JFC don't get me started, hair removal whether by wax or laser, is infinitely more painful at certain times of a menstrual cycle. Women know this. It's not so much a red flag, more a gigantic neon billboard.
Elsie is a modern day heroine. Her work needs to be shared throughout the internet and into the wider community at large. People need to see the reality (insanity) of where this type of law leads.
I did a bit of a double take when I saw the handle of the trans activist attempting a pile on. A little bit of googling confirmed my suspicions. Tara came to my attention during the SSM debate in Australia. Fortunately the rampant narcissism remains present because each new twitter incarnation needs to include "Tarawb". Tara took great delight in posting/dming pornography (the type found under the "girls like us" hashtag) to religious conservative people that were arguing for no. The whole debate was quite abhorrent frankly with a lot of insults flying from either side, but to do that type of thing just made me go hmmm, really? You think this is going to help LGBT people at all?
It looks to me like they may be attempting to evade a twitter ban, likely due for the aforementioned behaviour. Previous twitter handles were tarawb and riptarawb (the 2nd one is telling). Fortunately (actually thankfully) the latest incarnation has anime for a profile pic.
Sorry to derail in the last paragraph, but I believe this info might come in handy to those reporting on Twitter particularly Elsie if someone could pass it on.
Oh also huge thanks to the pp that posted Elsie's 2nd thread. Not all of us are on Twitter and I completely understand Elsie's need to make her account private.
