Erythronium. Brilliant. I’m going to steal that. Grin

It’s a good point. Why isn’t there room for James in the main mag when dross like young and delingpole are given space?
I think we should all write to Fraser nelson and ask.

My understanding is that James K is first and foremost the Director of the Social Market Foundation, a centre right think tank, rather than a journalist.

Which is why his writing is important as it comes from a desire to see the democratic process work, rather than just to see a byline. I would also guess that the use of the Spectator blog was to get his piece supporting Janice out quickly, and as a support for her subsequent article.

It worked, at least with the BBC, who I assume are watching the Tory leadership election with interest, not least because of the controversy over licence fees for the elderly.

I went in the BBC news page for the first time in a while recently. There were 3 or 4 stories all pushing the same overall lgbTQ (my caps/emphasis) agenda on the home page.

This could be reactive normalisation tactics or it could be everyday for them...

Thank you for sharing that, a very good piece.

I went to MB's Twitter to check if the story was still a main focus and to check whether there was any acknowledgement of the safeguarding issue. Not surprisingly there wasn't.

Whilst I was there though I saw a retweet of what must be one of the most obviously made up stats ever. Wasn't worth starting a new thread but does MB not apply any critical thinking ever?

Is their ‘trans sister’ a Brazilian sex worker? If not, the stats are horseshit

Fantastic article, and what a sorry state of affairs, the general reporting on this incident. Not surprising thoughHmm
