Surely it is absolute common sense that if you upload onto the internet a video of you PISSING AND WANKING at work (regardless of rubber inclusion tbh) you would absolutely, unequivocally be fired for gross misconduct. That's not transphobia, it's recognising gross misconduct and acting accordingly.

For Fucks sake this makes everything a million times harder for the vast majority of the trans community who want mutual respect and understanding and don't want to violate safe spaces.

People who say public videos of pissing and wanking in the workplace shouldn't result in being fired are NOT friends of the LGBT community, they increasingly do this community harm with shit like this.
