"When it came to toilets and changing rooms, the trainer claimed: 'The Equality Act is unambiguous – you can't prevent anyone using the facilities of the gender with which they identify.'
But Ms Jones said this was 'plain wrong', adding: 'Either they don't understand the law or they are twisting the truth.'
She added that the Act contained clear exemptions which meant transgender individuals could be excluded from single-sex areas if there was a legitimate reason, such as to preserve the privacy of most people who used them "
Everything the proponents of "gender identity" ideology have told you and the law is untrue with regard to children and adults!
UK law is very clear ... the GRA 2004 acknowledges that no human can change their sex ... that its purpose is to create a Legal Fiction.
The Equality Act 2010 excludes "transsexuals" ["transgender" has zero meaning in any UK law] from the safe spaces of the opposite sex in all circumstances of privacy, wellbeing, safety, dignity and fairness.
The law infers that there is a blanket ban on the male sex violating the boundaries of the female sex. There is no "case-by-case" scenario written in our UK law.
Hospitals, health, care, prison, rape, domestic violence services are totally exempt from the presence of males, regardless of how they present themselves, when it comes to services delivered to females.
See: Equality Act 2010, Schedule 3 [Services and public functions: exceptions]
Section 27: [Single-sex services]
sub-section 5: (5)The condition is that the service is provided at a place which is, or is part of—
(a) a hospital, or
(b) another establishment for persons requiring special care, supervision or attention.
