I won't hold my breath for Twitter to take any action as there are far too many women to ban for stating biological facts but thank-you to Sharron (and Kelly Holmes and Lord Moonie) for standing up for lesbians:

I knew Jess Phillips had been subjected to some horrific misogynistic comments and threats but that is horrendous, even for a misogynistic threat!

When will people realise that women don't make threats to rape women with their penis?

That's what blows my mind. The current narrative would have us believe that a woman with a penis can make threats to rape women with that penis and be regarded as a woman.

As a woman that blows my mind. As an autistic woman the blatant lies in that statement make it hard for my brain to work through that.

But it is the reality we currently live in.

Where a (regarded legally as a) woman can have a penis, utter misogynistic and violent threats to harm women with said penis and calling that person a man is a criminal offence!! In fact the only criminal offence in that situation!!!

When we have our meetings, it's predominantly the young lesbians who report experiencing not only cotton ceiling type disrespect for their boundaries from straight males who identify as trans and their allies, but also how difficult it now is again to come out as a lesbian at school or college or university and that there is no support. No female-only lesbian groups or spaces, barely any clubs left. And saying you're exclusively same-sex attracted is literal violence.

The only reason that this doesn't seem to affect older lesbians as much is that those males also seem to target the young ones.

These are different meetings with different young women btw and they all report the same things actually happening to them.

So who to believe? The young women who all tell the same horrifying story even though they live in different towns and attend different institutions or the blokes pontificating about this being a mad conspiracy on Twitter whose offline spaces are not being colonised by straight males who identify as trans because they aren't interested in blokes?
