When I was in my early teens I was chewing gum in the bath, as you do. Somehow I dropped the gum out of my mouth and it landed in my pubes. Fucking hell did it hurt trying to get that out. I had to get the scissors in the end and cut it out. Do not, and I repeat do not, put chewing gum anywhere near your pubic hair.

VickyEadie I'm your age, and Ive found that I have less body hair on legs, armpits, and pubic area, but the chin & neck hairs drive me to distraction! I pluck every day. Sometimes I think it would be easier just to shave my chin ... I'm blonde & very fair-skinned so the black fuckers really show up.

This way you keep nice sheets nice (ours aren't colorful but light blues and grays) and "Carrie" sheets still look nice because dark colors hide the tide of menses hurricanes or tsunamis or however yours present. 🤓

I did exactly this throughout my twenties. Pale skin, dark body hair and lots of it due to pcos. I shaved one day after a massive critic attack and was super surprised when a women I barely knew practically cried when she saw me. She'd been a child model and was very body conscious and said that she'd always seen me as something to aspire to one day for herself. She saw me as an example of what it is to be a women comfortable in her own skin without having to compromise to be accepted. So yeah, it can feel liberating to go unshaven and it can definitely support other women to find their own freedom from the oppression of the razor!

Thanks for reminding me that there can be more to it than just a personal preference. Hairy sisters unite! (like velcro )
