Hayden has turned up on Caroline Fs doorstop to serve an anti harassment junction?! Is this true????

Can someone brighter than me summarise this stinking mess for Joanna Cherry? She needs to be aware that it isn't just Twitter on which unequal and unfair standards of behaviour/expectations and rules are applied to the menstruators/cervix havers/bleeders/subclass differently from everyone else in the UK, but she may also wish to look at the evidence and consider whether the police and apparently the judiciary are applying a similar policy.

I can't post on the support thread - it keeps telling me that the thread has been deleted.

The personage who made the complaint may have an injunction - but that doesn't stop their little mates or sock puppets does it? Does the judge understand this (since they seem to not know that a tweet is not an email)?

The judge doesn’t care, this case was probably just an irritant to a judge that doesn’t know the difference between an email and a tweet.

Can someone now explain what's happened?

From what I can gather Hayden took Caroline to court to try and get an injunction to make her stop tweeting about Hayden.

The injunction was granted, but only on the condition that Hayden abided by the same restrictions. Hayden pre-empted being asked that, by voluntarily agreeing to abide by the same restrictions, thereby looking as though they hadn't been told off. When in fact of course, they would have been, had they not complied.

So they both have to stop addressing each other, now. Until the actual trial which is for either defamation or harassment, I can't remember.

I think that's it.

Best everyone keeps off twitter and takes the fight to the places that really matter. The TRAS really only have any validity on twitter and social media - because they have a complete paucity of rational, reasoned argument elsewhere.
