Well, the upside will be that their legal skill set will be honed and refined to razor sharp status.

They will know exactly what does, and doesn't, constitute defamation and can now moderate accordingly. Eventually on autopilot.

A really good and informative discussion with some timely reminders from Rowan, not only about free speech but also some of the reasons that so many women use Mumsnet and why confidentiality is critical for them.

Just listen - and agree with Rowan about the insects. I thought she put across her points very well, especially about user confidentiality.

Kiwi Farms actually has a board devoted to legal challenges and defamation cases brought against them; they see them as even more point and laugh fodder. Very unlike the home life of our dear MNHQ.
