You can also talk spent convictions under certain circumstances, esp if the person has a conviction relating to dishonesty, if they are engaging in similar activity to what the person was convicted for, or if it is in the public interest. They just dropped their case against Glinner so this is literally just a scare tactic.

I totally get that and agree to some extent usually. But SH is trying to scare us into not talking about them and their harmful behaviour, which includes the relentless harrassmemt of Caroline. I also think it’s important we all understand exactly what this uncontested court order actually means, so that people aren’t intimidated by an actual non-thing. It’s not a successful defamation claim, SH hasn’t had a single one of those. They’re literally showing off about being given the private details of a user, which are likely not their true identify if they had any sense, for no real purpose since they’ve already dropped a defamation case against Glinner. It’s important this is spelt out clearly.

It's not a lot, which is good for democratising the use of law, but enables vexatious litigants.
