I'm a little confused by the DM article. I thought a GRC could only be issued after you have lived, full time, in your new gender, for two years. So if Steph began her full time transition in 2015, a GRC shouldn't have been issued until 2017. Or am I missing something?

MN need to take some action against that statement claiming they only complied at 1757 after the DM article. If that is untrue, as MN claim the information was sent at 1550 then SH is libelling and defaming MN all over the Press and Twitter.
