MN need to take some action against that statement claiming they only complied at 1757 after the DM article. If that is untrue, as MN claim the information was sent at 1550 then SH is libelling and defaming MN all over the Press and Twitter.

Where are we on the timing? - That MN says they complied in time and other side says not? Surely that is dead easy to prove as there will be a timed email that can be checked one way or the other.

Does SH not realise that once sent (and timestamped) nobody has control over the actual delivery time of an email?

I once got a happy new year email that was sent at 11.58pm on Dec 31st at 2pm on Jan 2nd. It caused much confusion and derision at the time, until the person who sent it showed that they had a receipt for it.
