Just read the updated article in The Daily Mail. MN sent the requested email at 15.50Pm, what next?

My guess is that MN didn't have all the requested info (address, dob, whatever), and sent what they had, maybe just an e-mail address. I imagine they would have explained that.

Well that's a bit embarrassing, considering their release and accusations made against MN and Justine in the Daily Mail....

Amalfimamma · 11/04/2019 18:04

Hellmistress

Maybe they've fallen out with rm and is using the media to throw a dig.

Or maybe they realise what massive peak transing they've caused and is trying to save face?

Mumsnet have now complied! Just like they said they would.

🤣🤣🤣

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 11/04/2019 18:05

hell

I agree....plus if you actually do have lower testosterone you'd think you'd be keen to prove it

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 11/04/2019 18:06

michelle

I think its a bit embarrassing

RedDogsBeg · 11/04/2019 18:10

Any sign of an apology coming from SH for defaming MN and releasing that press statement????

Perhaps MN should sue SH for defamation for the Press and Twitter Statements.

Well done Hayden for making yourself utterly unemployable. Still, I guess Stephanie could always change their name again for the umpteenth time.

I thought you had to have cross-sex hormones to lower your testosterone? Feminising hormones.

AvengersAssemble · 11/04/2019 18:19

I am intrigued why The Daily Mail are so quick to jump on the story considering MN complied? It's quite high up on my news feed! That and Meghan and Harry.

Janie143 · 11/04/2019 18:19

I notice there is no request to "Please RT" for the posts sating MN DID comply with the Court Order Unlike the others

Carowiththegoodhair · 11/04/2019 18:20

Do you think there’s much equity in the House at Pooh Corner? What about 4 Privet Drive?

RedDogsBeg · 11/04/2019 18:20

It was to do with Mumsnet being socially irresponsible in allowing there forum to be used for such serious allegation of serious criminality which are entirely untrue.'

Is it me or is this contradictory to what SH gained the Court Order for? I understood SH was going after the individual for their comments?

Also, how does this affect things?:

'We sent to Ms Hayden the personal details supplied privately to us by the user - which were not the same as the details shared publicly by the user in a subsequent post on Mumsnet - before the court order's deadline.

MN should play SH at their own game re their press and twitter statement.

Is live tweeting potential court actions not against legal process? Surely it's prejudicial?
