I do not know what the content of the papers, which I am reliably informed would have cost them £255 to obtain, are.
I refused to have any direct contact with Stephanie Hayden, took photos and rang 999 and informed them that the person (I actually used a different noun) who I had previously reported for cyber-harassment and who has a history of violence, was here at the door.
To arrive at my house (the church office to be precise) at teatime is an act of harassment and intimidation.
I am extremely shaken and distressed. These papers could have been delivered by post or courier. Stephanie Hayden will be contacted by my solicitor in due course.
This comes after months of goading and threats, including posts on an abusive website over the weekend which referred to my being “fucked and nailed against the wall of court 37” of the High Court, indicating to me that their is contact between these parties and abusive obscenity-ridden website. On Saturday night a new Twitter account sprung up, tweeting “bong, tick tock” and gloating how they were here to watch the bitch get her comeuppance. The website also referred to the fact that I would need to wear my very best knickers for what was coming.
If nothing else, by taking the effort to come to my door, Stephanie Hayden demonstrates that they are not, in any way, afraid or intimidated by me.
I have had a number of MSM journalists ring my mobile phone as a direct result of Hayden’s tweet. This conduct is reprehensible. The civil courts should not be used as a tool of harassment and intimidation.
