Harrop didn't bother reading up third party costs properly and now crows about those contributing to a crowdfund being made liable to pay if the defendant cannot. That this generally doesn't apply to those who have no individual involvement in the case, who don't stand to benefit and who don't control how the case is being fought has passed him by.

Harrop (and his mate(s)) seem to think that they can take the language in the rules literally at face value: as if there was no point in the years of practice that it takes to actually be qualified in law...

That’s the sort of tweet that makes me wonder how His Harropness came by that information.

So yes, if we all raise lots of money for her legal fees, that will fall flat.
