We NEED to speak out about this person

For me, this is exactly why our conversation in the UK is so important right now.

Benjamin questions what his responsibility, and whether he can speak out.

Benjamin's film demonstrates the tangle that Canada has got itself in.

To the extent that the person that Benjamin speaks about feels OK to stand in front of their City Council and brag about their action against Megan Murphy, despite their own despicable and extremely concerning online behaviour.

Hang on, is that a school bathroom?
That's a Step'n Wash sign, I don't think they're in schools.

Also - social license to operate. Ten years ago, pre TRA campaigning, he would have been thrown out of that toilet rather than been allowed to stand their taking photos. Now girls have been trained that if they say anything they're the ones in the wrong.

YY, and it's worth remembering that Karen White happened without self-ID. KW is legally a man, yet media outlets like the Guardian refer to KW as 'she'. We're already unable to speak the truth, self-ID will just remove the last layer of protection and complete the process of normalising the presence of men in women's spaces.

In that bathroom selfie he's looking right at the little girl (in the mirror) isn't he?
Not just looking at her, but making sure she's in the shot. Ugh.

This x100. An important layer of safeguarding already destroyed. Children are being taught that women can have penises so don't dare object to a penis in a women's space (else you're a BIGOT).

This. Is. Grooming.

What world are the people that can't see this living in?

How could this be allowed to happen in plain sight?
How did Canada come to this?

AnyFucker · 24/12/2018 09:29

My God, that woman that owned Jonathon Yaniv on Messenger is fucking brilliant Star

TimeForDebate · 26/12/2018 00:52

Try googling Menophilia - it's also apparently a Twitter hashtag. Just another part of the swamp.

PleasingFungusBeetle · 26/12/2018 01:49

Miranda Yardley has posted about Yaniv on her blog, and in the comments he has threatened to sue her.

OlennasWimple · 26/12/2018 07:14

Urgh - the full text of JY's comments shown in Miranda's blog!

sackrifice · 26/12/2018 09:43

I am sure Miranda would be the first to say that Miranda is a he, not a she.

merrymouse · 26/12/2018 10:32

It’s striking that this abusive person is successfully using the law itself to be abusive.

OlennasWimple · 26/12/2018 12:14

JY apparently spent his Christmas sending legal threats to Kiwi Farms demanding that they take down the threads that discuss his perverted fetishes.... Good luck with that one...

DisrespectfulAdultFemale · 26/12/2018 12:18

Kiwifarms have no fucks to give, so good luck with that, J Y.

HandsOffMyRights · 26/12/2018 18:44

Posted on the Miranda Yardley thread too:
CoupsRelative (@APatchOnCinamon) Tweeted:
At 7pm GMT Kiwi Farms will be running a live stream about Yaniv (after YouTube refused to host it). The stream can be found here t.co/UwDXxTuCJV twitter.com/APatchOnCinamon/status/1077982265647554565?s=17

YetAnotherSpartacus · 27/12/2018 00:12

So glad this thread is still standing.

Terfing · 27/12/2018 00:13

Is may seem like an obvious question, but has anyone sent this information to the Canadian police?

HandsOffMyRights · 27/12/2018 08:44

Terfing, on Twitter somebody said the authorities aren't interested, too woke.

Yaniv @trustednerd has unlocked their Twitter account. It uses the male name but there's advice to be cautious as it may be a trap etc.

Yaniv is also pictured with co founder of Twitter and founder of Medium.

feelingverylazytoday · 27/12/2018 09:59

This reminds me of Savile and how he used to operate.

CisMyArse · 28/12/2018 14:17

I keep having to tell myself that The Canadian authorities aren't interested in this individual.

Please someone tell me that I'm having a nightmare and that I shall soon wake up Sad

CisMyArse · 28/12/2018 14:20

Did anyone see the KF live stream?

OlennasWimple · 28/12/2018 15:06

But what are the Canadian police expected to do?

Where is the crime?

Leaving stomach churning reviews of sex toys isn't a crime. Asking grown women if they have ever seen another woman's tampon string in a changing room isn't a crime. Pretending to have heavy periods and problems with flooding isn't a crime. Taking a selfie in a ladies' loo isn't a crime.

It's all revolting behaviour, but I've not seen anything that looks like it crosses the threshold of criminal activity (admittedly I'm not a Canadian criminal law expert - but I'm basing it on what the UK police might do with a similarly disgusting individual)

sackrifice · 28/12/2018 15:51

Did anyone see the KF live stream?

Watched it this morning.

wakemewhenitsallover · 28/12/2018 17:45

Buy JY wasn't just asking grown women, JY was asking young girls online. JY also wheedled their way in to running a band's online presence which included access to messages from their young fans.

This has to be illegal surely. Grooming, for a start.
