"A 30-year-old from Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been arrested in Rockdale and charged with capital murder in the death of a 1-year-old girl.

According to Rockdale police, around 5:45 p.m. Monday, first responders were called to a home on San Gabriel Street. The 911 caller said a child was not breathing. Authorities said the 1-year-old lived at the residence with her grandfather, who is her primary caregiver, but was at work at the time.

When first responders arrived, they began treating 1-year-old Patricia Ann Rader, who remained unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene 30 minutes later. First responders noted the girl’s body was bruised along her torso, arms, legs, neck and head. According to Rockdale Police Department Chief Thomas Harris, an autopsy showed the girl had extensive internal injuries and broken bones throughout her body."

"Boniello confessed to punching, slapping, shaking and squeezing the child until the girl stopped moving, a police report notes. The report states Boniello mentioned feeling angry at the baby and squeezing her until Boniello felt the child’s bones move."

It says that the tw was in a relationship with the baby's grandfather.

Further, they are not seeking the death penalty as the legal costs are too high.

If transwomen commit violent crime of this type, and they are housed in the female estate, new prisons will have to be built. And high category prisons are incredibly expensive.

End point? There won't be any more prisoners - just the balance between women and men prisoners will change because not all the women prisoners will be women. There are hardly any sex offender or Category A prisons. So in the end, they will just redesignate a currently male prison to a female prison and it will contain a few dangerous women and a shedload of dangerous people who aren't women.

Theoretically natal women convicted of violent crimes and risk assessed to be of significant danger to others can also be held on seperate wings in the Male estate.

I believe that currently there are 0 women prisoners considered to need this kind of maximum security housing.

Out of the approx 100 whole-life tariffs ever imposed in the U.K., only 3 were given to women (Myra Hindley, Rose West and Joanne Dennehy - all of whom had male co-defendants).

Maybe if all the women’s prisons fill up with Male bodied criminals, there will be no room left for women convicted of non-payment of fines?

Fingers crossed, hey?

Which reminds me - does anyone know what happened with Hudson v MoJ?

It was supposed to be heard in court in September but there have been no press mentions since June?

Maybe it was quietly dropped after the Karen White story became public? Think that hit the news in early September?
