I think the likelihood of the split being 50% cismen and 50% transwomen is extremely unlikely. However, if that were the reality, I would say we had achieved our goal as it is the ‘women in finance charter’ and we would have 50% women on our board

The fact she's specified that Monzo would be happy with "50% cis men and 50% transwomen" is particularly depressing. Not even hoping to have a cunty person who identifies as male. Nope, if it's 100% penis people, she's happy. Cunty people have no perspective that Monzo needs.

Monzo states that it considers 100% penis people to be a "diverse and representative team".

Who needs females! Certainly not a company that has signed a charter saying it wants to increase female representation.

I am feeling a bit wiped out today, yes, between this and Lady Moran saying in the debate she can see people's souls and doesn't care of their male or female, therefore women can't have single-sex spaces.

But the more insane this debate becomes, the more people will realise what's happening, which is a good thing, I guess.
