Of course celebrating diversity is good. Of course a major company having an employment policy that ‘drives change’ in terms of equality in the workplace, for example, is good.
But is it really C4’s job to sanction a corporate Twitter account that states as it’s policy TWAW, when this is subject to government consultation?
I’m curious really. My own organisation, which is open-minded, inclusive, hot on diversity, would not sanction a corporately branded account that took one particular campaigning direction. Even if it did say “views do not necessarily reflect...”
