I think the words "transwomen and mother of four" is quite interesting - it makes a distinction between being trans and being something a transwoman will never be, which is a mother.

I'm pretty sure most adopt perfectly normal names. The trans women I have acted for certainly did. But then, they didn't spend their lives seeking attention on Twitter and such.

There may be some (imperfect!) correlation between the type of name adopted and the type of TW.

That's it exactly. I know two transsexuals (their preferred term) in real life who have unremarkable names and have been living their lives quietly for almost 20 years.
It's a correlation worth making about the attention seeking trans woman type.

Agreed, it reads as a way to make it clear that one of these people is female and the others are not while still not technically breaching whatever TRA-imposed reporting guidelines they're having to work around. Like including a picture.
