It is very sad that mumsnet silences the voices of women who are disrespectful of men who want to violate their boundaries (and when I say their I mean women, not dear Travis).

I find it surreal that a moderator would take the time to proactively confirm how a man wants to be referred to (as opposed to how he is categorised according to the English language) and then tell women off for being so rude to him and maybe upsetting his feelings.

Travis wants to raise awareness of the harms done by racism, transphobia and homophobia. So does that mean Travis is gay? But if Travis is non-binary how can Travis be attracted to someone of the same sex (or gender if we're being Stonewall about it) if Travis doesn't have a sexual identity? Does anyone take this stuff seriously? It says Travis has had a Tate residency so clearly someone is taking them seriously.

It's all so ludicrous. I miss the days when flamboyant campy men e.g. Boy George reveled in their own campiness, owned it and were proud of it, rather than moaning on because someone laughed at them or threw a burger at them.

That Leigh Bowery chap is fantastic! I'd never heard of him before. That is real performance art with a positive message and genuine flair.
