Any idea why it's such a long time between the verdict and the sentencing? The original reports of the verdict said that sentencing would take place on November 2nd.

Dr Webberley and her husband and business partner Dr Mike Webberley are in Argentina this week at WPATH conference.

Has HW not been removed from the GMC? Is the norm to await sentencing before the GMC make a decision?

What is wrong with him? it's not normal behaviour. Where are his friends (partner?) telling him to tone it down? Does he not care about the damage he's doing to his career? I understand he is currently training as a GP and has a training place at a GP practice - is he ever there? does he see patients while on twitter? is he constantly hiding in the loo on Twitter? What family practice (with 50% female patients) would take on someone with those views plastered all over twitter? He needs an intervention.

They've missed the boat with the advertisers. If it was going to happen it would've been well before now, before the free speech and #nodebate angle took hold. If the even Guardian is saying "we might actually need to talk about this like adults" then it's not happening, chaps.

I do wonder what his husband thinks of all this though. My DH thinks I'm addicted to MN my phone but I don't have a twitter account never mind a prolific one (plus numerous sock puppets).
