Honestly, he's gone off on some 'People of Britain!!! All hail my Mighty Opinions!' type ramble and I know I should despair but it just keeps making me laugh! He really is the comedy gift that keeps on giving.

Apart from for his poor patients, who are clearly well done on his list of priorities.

Blooming heck. This seems a little ill-advised.

This man is simply not fit to practice medicine. This is appalling.

Cripes he has really lost it
His anger and hate for Sarah is really really obvious.
Totally unhinged

QuackPorridgeBacon · 31/10/2018 13:10

His anger and hate towards women who don’t sit down and repeat yes sir no sir over and over, is so glaringly obvious that it’s actually terrifying that he hasn’t been pulled up on it. How can this man practice medicine and treat people when at their most vulnerable. How would you ever feel comfortable with him looking at things you would never let anyone else see.

fidgetspinner555 · 31/10/2018 13:15

He is turning into a parody of himself.

Pamspeople · 31/10/2018 13:18

And when when when does he work??

If he's sending 100+ tweets a day, most of which are spittle-coated like these, he must be doing it while he's at work. How can he have his mind on medicine to a safe extent while thinking all this stuff, writing it, checking for notifications etc.

His tweets, with their shifts of temper and tone and their malice, are really starting to make me think that he isn’t mentally well. I think his close friends need to get him some help, and I genuinely mean this, I’m not being sarky.

SirVixofVixHall · 31/10/2018 14:37

Although he could simply be a deeply unpleasant person who hates women.

SirVixofVixHall · 31/10/2018 14:46

I also don’t get why gay men like him are behind this regressive anti gay rubbish. Why, as a gay man or a lesbian, would you support this agenda ? I’m truly baffled.

TwistedStitch · 31/10/2018 14:52

I've noticed a couple of his female pals haven't been engaging with him as much lately. One even argued with something he retweeted recently. Hopefully his deranged abuse of women who dare to disagree with him has opened their eyes a bit.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 31/10/2018 14:56

People rightly expect their doctors to have impeccable ethics and high standards of conduct. It's this that makes us feel safe in their care.

I wouldn't let Adrian Harrop anywhere near me or anyone I care about. I imagine the GMC are keeping a close eye on his antics.

I wonder what his appalling behaviour on Twitter is doing to his long term employability in the NHS. Employers check people's social media before they hire them - or at least they should. Given a choice between Harrop and another equally qualified candidate, I'd imagine his online track record would eliminate him.

Prawnofthepatriarchy · 31/10/2018 14:57

Should add that I suspect him of planning a career as a private gender doctor. He is burning his boats with the NHS.

Pamspeople · 31/10/2018 15:23

prawn I agree with you that he will be planning a lucrative private gender clinic. But presumably he would need to fully qualify first? I'm sure there is a less inflammatory word for it that I can't think of at the moment, but his obsessive promotion of trans agendas seems a bit like 'grooming' a pool of future patients. I don't want to undermine the seriousness of that term, though, apologies for not coming up with a better one.

I also agree that he does come across as not very stable.

Has he qualified yet? I'm hoping none of my family / friends have the misfortune of being admitted to hospital in the Liverpool area and reliant on that wazzock for medical treatment.

LiverpoolReSisters · 31/10/2018 16:42

He isn't in Liverpool, somewhere in the northeast.

Pamspeople · 31/10/2018 17:13

Thanks pertha, cultivating is just right.

It's really sinister reading. Stalker-esque.

I hope Sarah reports him, I'd want the police to have a quiet word.

Full respect to anyone who is openly GC. I've just started to talk about this in a small way at work and was absolutely shitting myself. Seeing what women who are in the public eye get subjected to is sobering stuff. Inspiring too - if more of us talk and ask for debate then we can drown out Haddock.

Bet he's wanking himself dry in his fury.

KatVonGulag · 31/10/2018 19:27

Some genius on Twitter created this... I'm sure aimed fair and square at bitter penefold

QuackPorridgeBacon · 31/10/2018 19:33

I got angry and put a huge rant up on Facebook when sharing a post, that said to be polite say pregnant person instead of women. I lost it slightly and ranted about all aspects I dislike. No one has acknowledged it. I’m tired of it all now but I’m staying under my alias on Twitter, too risky for my children to be exposed on there amongst all the hate.

MotherForkinShirtBalls · 31/10/2018 19:56

KatVonGulag that is fucking genius. Proper comedy gold.

heresyandwitchcraft · 31/10/2018 20:00

Halloween Grin That post, Kat! Thank you!

MrsFogi · 31/10/2018 20:02

@KatVonGulag can you post a link to the tweet I can't see it properly for some reason and love to find good comedy on twitter
