Honestly, he's gone off on some 'People of Britain!!! All hail my Mighty Opinions!' type ramble and I know I should despair but it just keeps making me laugh! He really is the comedy gift that keeps on giving.

I think he has a bit of Trump about him, in terms of the wild overestimation of his importance and intelligence, and lack of self-awareness. I mean I know it's a bit ironic that we're here talking about him (which he loves I'm sure) but as a study of a certain type of personality he is quite interesting. And because he is clearly so desperate to be in the public eye (PEOPLE OF BRITAIN!! HEAR ME HOLD FORTH!!) it doesn't feel unreasonable to be commenting on his, ahem, style and content.

I think the question of when he actually does any doctoring has been reaised with his professional bodies.

I imagine him tweeting from a hospital cupboard, surrounded by toppling boxes of bandages as he starts bouncing with rage like a furious Zebedee.
