I’m going to a local Lib Dem meeting tonight and want to speak to people about the consultation. I’m fairly confident about being able to discuss this but is there a thread anywhere about the Lib Dem twitter feed as I think I missed a lot of what happened and want to be well versed in specific party issues!

Oh I wrote to them over this a while back and got back a letter supporting self-ID in full - so I quit the party.

I thought about leaving but honestly don't see a better party I can join and agree with them strongly on other issues.

I need to work out a way of suggesting it isn't very liberal to force your views and your physical presence on people who don't want this.
