Trustpilot have removed all negative comments re Ocado

I just received an email from Trustpilot saying my review of Ocado breeches their rules. They said that I can add to it to make my review more about their service.

I then looked on Trustpilot and they have blocked out ALL reviews done a few weeks back about Ocado's public faux pas. They have however left reviews by people supporting Ocado e.g. thanks for being inclusive which also have nothing to do with the companies service, which is the reason for removing my post. I have sent Trustpilot an email asking them if Ocado has contacted them to have the remarks removed.

Anyone else had the email?

I got a brush-off email from Ocado today telling me that they are right on the case and will have a response to my personal information request soon.

They ignored the other issue I raised in my original email, which was asking why their CEO was such a raging misogynist.

I have emailed back to remind them that they still have yet to address this point, although I raised the issue on 27 September and they replied that a senior member of management would reply shortly.

Fuck off, Ocado.

Great news from Trustpilot. They sent me an email saying congratulations 600 people read your review (of Ocado).

Hopefully a large portion of those 600 people are "woke" about women being silenced and disrespected.

I got cross with reviews that weren't, anti women rants, and back-patting for the compant being 'soooooo pro trans and anti haaaaaaaaat'. Especially when people had only one review to their name.

Maybe Trustpilot does a 'sweep' every now and then. I got an email from them yesterday about my unacceptable use of a 'bunch of crooks' to describe a certain company 3 months ago. I changed it to 'less than honest traders' so maybe that will stay up for a few months. The public need to know these things! The Ocado pulling stinks.

My sister left a negative review of trustpilot, because trustpilot keep removing negative reviews. Don't expect it to live long.

Ah. So the reviews were removed because of mass reporting from TRAs I see. Yeah its pathetic and childish, but I am thinking we need to play them at their own game. Women are far larger in numbers than TRAs...

Let's hope that the positive reviews, mentioning transphobes etc, are also pulled. I wonder how many reports it would take for Trustpilot to pull them too?

That is exactly what we all need to do. As mentioned upthread, every single bloody clothes package I get, an Ocado leaflet drops out. That's because they know who their target market is - WOMEN. My DH doesn't have to deal with recycling their flyers because he is not in their demographic. Companies I buy from are marketing for Ocado. I am thinking of contacting them to make an extra special effort not to put these flyers in my packages because they offend me and telling them why. If we all did this it may make them think twice about doing it for them.
