She's got a very big operation coming up - next week? She has known for over a year that she has a brain tumour and she had an operation last year, but she knew that hadn't cured it. Recently she's had some seizures and it's now been confirmed that the tumour is growing, so it has to be removed. She said her surgeon hopes to get 90% of it. She'll then have radiotherapy. Major, major stuff. It was emotional. She's such an inspiration. So tough but empathic too. I wish her all the luck in the world to get through this.

@gendercritter I cried like a baby because she's so fantastic and has done so much.

I'm so angry I can hardly post. They missed some really important symptoms and she should have been scanned a month ago.

So sorry to see this update. Very inspirational woman. I hope the surgery will go well, see you after your recovery.
