I found MN because I’d been listening to Magdalen’s videos and after her initial lady brain video, I was searching for updates on her condition. That led me, somewhat startled, to a thread on FWR.

I love her snarky humour, elfin charm, dead-pan delivery and no-bullshit understanding.

I wish all good things for Magdalen, including successful surgery. The world can ill-afford to see less of this intelligent and very talented young woman.

I'm so sorry Magdalen Berns. I'd never heard of you before I came across you on here but I find you inspiring. Keep on sticking it to the man.

Magdalen love and best wishes. As Lang said, no man could bring you down.

Thanks for posting - it's incredible that she can post this and be so brave. She's truly inspirational and I really hope she gets to post many more videos after a successful surgery.

So much love and gratitude to you, Magdalen.

It should not be forgotten, even now as more and more women and male allies are finding their voices and their nerve to raise questions, that there was a time not at all long ago when there were only very, very few who were willing to publicly say 'hold on a minute...' Your incisive, no-bullshit analysis of gender ideology broke through the brainwashing and gaslighting for me and woke me up. I know that's true for many others too, and you are a BIG part of the reason why Gender Critical voices now have a chance of being heard and holding back the tide of female erasure.

I'm glad you say you're happy with how you've lived your life so far... You should be so bloody proud of yourself. Of your courage to live by your convictions, to not be bullied or silenced or made to capitulate; of your razor sharp intelligence and quirky, witty warmth; of your solidarity with and love for womankind... Thank you for all of it.

I love that woman. She's a real inspiration to many thousands by being her own fine self.

I want her medical team to know exactly how special that brain they are working on is. Can anyone pass on to them they are dealing with the most precious gem of a ladybrain .

Magdalen woke me up. I’m probably twice her age, but I have learned so much and found my voice through her brilliantly incisive and bullshit-cutting videos.
