I feel horrible for real trans people who are just trying to live their lives and not hurt anyone and be the best version of themselves they can be. Fundamentally someone like this is bringing them the wrong kind of attention. I do think, though, they have to be wary of promoting this idiotic idea that being trans is not questionable and more important than any other aspect of a person's identity or criminal inclinations, they can't easily say 'nope, this person is a horrible perverted man.' But he is.

As posters upthread have pointed out under self ID logically if claiming / believing he's a woman means he's a woman, then claiming / believing he's a minor would mean he gets tried in the juvenile courts. Having read a bit of queer theory, I do wonder if that is the endgame here. Same with trans racial. Either they're all real, or none of them are and it's a psychological condition (body dysphoria).
