The FWR Round-Up

There are new developments every day, and it is hard to keep on top of everything.

For some women, wading through reams of (sometimes distressing) information can affect their mental health.

For others, they may be limited in the time they can spend on FWR but want to stay up to date with what’s happening in the world of feminism and women’s rights.

This thread is for succinct updates of major developments that interested women need to know about, rather than any discussion. Links to discussion threads for more info would be appreciated though. Smile

SwearyG posted an excellent thread about the City of London consultation. 15,000 people filled it in. Apparently loads of us banging on about boring stuff like the law may actually have paid off, they are having the result professionally analysed instead of rushing ahead.

Place marking - this is a really good idea.
