Fermats I knew it must have been thought of before, it's too obvious! Averagewoman I clearly can't take any credit here, but thank you Grin

To clarify, he wasn't told "no". It was a small group and they clearly didn't want the confrontation. We just got on with it. His behaviour really grated on me as the workshop went on. He had to be the focus. There was a 14 year old girl in the group and her work was unbelievable, she was so talented. She was pinpointed by the writer leading the group as exceptional and he had to loudly "ummm" and "ahhh" in agreement. We all showed her support and encouragement but he had to do it MORE. It was very frustrating. Sorry for lack of paragraphs, typing on Mac and it won't let me for some reason (there is a thread in site stuff about it).

Saw this today.

"Boudica Festival returns for a second year, this time to the The Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, Coventry, where we will showcase the best up and coming women in music.

Over the two day festival, join a weekend of music, films and exhibitions which celebrates inspirational female* and non-binary performers across the music industry. Saturday features specially curated live music set over two stages. We show the best up and coming female performers from a variety of genres, followed by DJs.

  • The definition of female, in the context of this initiative, encompasses all those who identify as women"

Boudicca. Gave birth to two daughters from her female womb. Watched them get raped by men. Wreaked vengeance and became a heroine for women throughout time. Now co-opted for anyone with ladyfeels.

Sorry. looks a bit random. It struck me as another example of women not being able to have anything in the arts world of our own.

That's how I see it. We can't have anything for ourselves. This Posie Parker video said everything I want to say.

Fucks sake is literally everyone falling over themselves to comply with this bollocks thinice. My eyes are so tired from rolling these days.
