Sorry, I mentioned this on another post today, but it stayed with me because I find it very disturbing.

Trawling through the posts of our favourite women's officer earlier (to find a comment or apology on Karen White-surprise! There was none) I found this thread offering to retweet anyone asking for financial support for surgery or other financial assistance.

Aside from the fact that most of these were in the US and therefore a little removed from the vicinity of Rochester (which might, arguably, be Lily's first concern), many of these people were very young, some had been abused and some had clear mental health concerns.

Lily wasn't asking for better MH provision or shelters for abused teens as any decent person would. Lily was asking for people to scan the smiley photos and desperate begging letters of very vulnerable people and offer them cash - presumably for solely altruistic reasons.

Lilly, apparently, thinks this is a "feminist issue" . I do too, but not for the same reasons.

I agree with the pp that a young woman wouldn’t be in this post if she had LM’s track record, intellect and behaviour. If anything glaringly shows that Tw are not women, it is the huge gulf in the way they are pandered too.
I also agree with pp that this isn’t kind to anyone, least of all women.
Now can someone send me some cash for this dress I’ve seen ? I neeeeeeed it.

SirVixofVixHall · 11/09/2018 10:11

Pandered to. Bloody iPad.

AngelsAckiz · 11/09/2018 10:34

I feel so very sorry for LM. Seems to be being used as a pawn in someone else's game. Reminds me of the young Lannister boy in Game of Thrones made king who cannot cope and then jumps out a window. Just a pawn and so innocent.

LM needs therapy and support as LM clearly has a serious mental health condition which is not being addressed or treated.

Begging on Twitter for money for clothes, quoting incorrect information regarding biology and trans offending rates. Poor child is clearly delusional and needs help.

If LM were to come and join us on a thread or web-chat, who would be up for taking LM under our collective wings? Maybe LM is just deprived of love. LM parents have not been supportive at all have they. So sad.

Why is the LP not exercising it's duty of care to this individual? Makes me wonder.

SirVixofVixHall · 11/09/2018 11:52

Who knows how supportive the parents have been? Not supportive according to LM, but maybe LM is “economical with the actualite” ..
What sensible parent would support this misogynistic, manipulative and deceitful behaviour anyway ?

IAmLurkacus · 11/09/2018 12:03

I believe LM’s mother ( a childminder, with safeguarding training) is very supportive of reality and safeguarding her younger children. She sounds like a terrible Parent Hmm

MinesaBottle · 11/09/2018 13:06

Today Lily is claiming 'womb transplants have moved to a point where trans people can get pregnant'. Seriously?! We know trans men can get pregnant but I assume Lils is talking about trans women. Some of the responses are something else Hmm

AngryAttackKittens · 11/09/2018 13:08

Interesting how Lily uses "trans people" to mean "transwomen". Apparently the trans people who can already get pregnant have been forgotten (again)?

hackmum · 11/09/2018 13:08

Have just had a look at that thread, Minesa, and they really are barking mad, aren't they? Reality and Lily's followers clearly parted company a long time ago.

VickyEadie · 11/09/2018 13:13

Yes, because all a man needs to be able to gestate and give birth to a child is a feckin' womb...

I see no link proving Lily's claim has been forthcoming.

MinesaBottle · 11/09/2018 13:23

And somehow, Vicky, I don't think you will. I think it's just an excuse for Lily to claim bullying.

FloralBunting · 11/09/2018 13:26

Yes, because the New science has discovered that a womb is just like a sort of internal bubble that can be pretty much inserted anywhere. I'm having one put in my thigh Tuesday next.

AngryAttackKittens · 11/09/2018 13:27

I thought I'd put my new one in my forearm for easy access.

TerfsUp · 11/09/2018 13:29

I don't feel sorry for Lily - I think they are manipulative and know exactly what they are doing, which is throwing women under a bus for their own ends.

Same thing goes for Challoner Junior.

TerfsUp · 11/09/2018 13:31

TW cannot have uterine transplants because there is no replacement of an existing organ. There might - MIGHT - come a time when uterine implants can be performed but this is still way in the future.

Alicethroughtheblackmirror · 11/09/2018 13:45

Dear Lord. They appear not to know the difference between infertile women and men...

OP posts:
BettyDuMonde · 11/09/2018 14:16

Men ain’t gonna like this - if science gives transwomen the opportunity to gestate babies, then it also gives ‘cis’ men the same opportunity!

Who stays at home to have kids will be decided on coin flipping or short straw pulling and millennia of women’s class oppression will be over!

Thank Lily!

53rdWay · 11/09/2018 16:19

Confused at that thread. I know knowledge of the female reproductive system is poor in general, but surely most people are aware that a lot of stuff goes on in the body during pregnancy? And that the uterus isn’t just a bolt-on storage unit? No?

Then again maybe we should admire their faith in medicine to grow foetuses anywhere. We still don’t know what causes many miscarriages, or cases of infertility, or pre-eclampsia, or hyperemesis, or premature labour, or stillbirths, or placental abruptions, or all sorts of bad and scary stuff that happens to pregnant women. Even with the most up-to-date medicine we can’t do that much to support pregnancy in a female body designed for it. And these people happily believe we can do so in a male body that isn’t?

BeyondAnOmnishambles · 11/09/2018 16:30

Lils does remind me of one of the Lannister monarchs, but it ain't Tommen...

Alicethroughtheblackmirror · 11/09/2018 16:33

Lils does remind me of one of the Lannister monarchs, but it ain't Tommen...

Hahahahahaha

How many more seasons does this mean we have to put up with it?

OP posts:
Alicethroughtheblackmirror · 11/09/2018 16:45

Oh, and as Lily and her pals are watching this thread:

Lily retweeted a screen shot of my OP saying that it was trying to find a link between Lily with a sex offender. No, it was Lily who made that link by denouncing reporting of the case as 'transphobia' and making out the assaulted women were liars.

Lily has deleted that because they are clearly too cowardly to stand by what was said or apologise to the victims.

OP posts:
AsAProfessionalFekko · 11/09/2018 16:54

I would have thought that Lil would be a busy little student these days at Gulag Goldsmiths? Not sure studying what/how but then I have great pity for their lecturers (with the exception of one and two).

TigerDrankAllTheWaterInTheTap · 11/09/2018 17:06

I can't get over how little thought is given to the foetus in all this. Everybody who has had a baby knows how it turns your life upside down. Most women who have a child would lay their life on the line for their child. It's not a fashion accessory, not a toy, it's another human being and it's a huge responsibility to bring one into the world and to have total responsibility for that vulnerable little creature 24/7 for years and years. When I was pregnant and breastfeeding I always had it in the back of my mind that everything that entered my body would find its way to the baby's body too.

I don't get any sense from these pie in the sky tweets that they're aware of any of that. It seems to be a kind of party game of pass-the-womb from the trans man/ally to the trans woman.

One just has to hope that (a) science never does make this possible and (b) there is some sort of psychological screening.

AngryAttackKittens · 11/09/2018 17:07

It's like a more macabre version of the way some people view and treat tiny dogs.

TigerDrankAllTheWaterInTheTap · 11/09/2018 18:38

Yes. Or one of those vile reborn dolls.

Facknats · 11/09/2018 19:20

I'd be horrified if my online activity was so public at their age. Labour should be disgusted, they've done both women and a young person at a clearly awkward life stage a huge disservice by trumping political fads over aptitude for the role.

At very least my trans women's officer is old enough to know a bit better. Though not entirely without their AGP internet history.
