They were demonstrating over the fact that Coco Pops is "approved by mums"

They really need to get jobs so they can pay their child support. Wankers.

Twunk · 05/09/2018 00:23

I agree the message is sexist, just not in the way they think it is...

HelenaDove · 05/09/2018 00:26

Not much thought went to the minimum wage worker who likely had to clear up the mess.

They really are the most ridiculous people in the world.

BettyDuMonde · 05/09/2018 00:29

Cocks.

HelenaDove · 05/09/2018 00:30

some of the fb comments on their page are even more ridiculous.

They haven’t a clue.

AngryAttackKittens · 05/09/2018 00:32

Bringing down the matriarchy one mess at the supermarket at a time!

HelenaDove · 05/09/2018 00:36

well according to the comments on twitter its gender stereotyping.

And sexist...................i wonder how many of F4J would be willing to say the same about women being expected to wax their legs.

its gender stereotyping.

It is. What's their point? Confused
And I bet most Mumsnet mums don't approve of coco pops. Grin

Public Service Announcement

God I bet they are going to start up their bullshit again. Latching onto trans activism hasn't got them to squash feminism, so enough time has passed since they SWATted MN, they hope people have forgotten, so now they can start pretending they are 'caring ordinary dads' buying cereals for their kids, rather than obsessive entitled men who don't want to pay child support or adhere to their contact restrictions.

I hope people aren't stupid they cant see they want to destroy family and child protection laws..

KataraJean · 05/09/2018 14:33

Well, as DD’s father does not pay maintenance, I cannot see that he has much choice in her cereal choices (not CocoPops) and DS’s das does not have him overnight so no cereal involved there either.

Anecdotal survey of two, but that passes as evidence over on another thread.

The slogan may be sexist, but women still do the majority of the childcare so I cannot get too worked up about it.

Deathgrip · 05/09/2018 14:40

Huh. I’m a mum and I thoroughly disapprove of Coco Pops.

These chumps would spontaneously combust if they had to spend a day as a woman. I manage to roll my eyes and ignore worse than this every day.

Melanippe · 05/09/2018 15:06

Well, he's got what he wanted, his name in the papers again. All Mr O'Connor ever does is done for self-publicity and without thought given for anyone on earth apart from himself. He really is an odious creep.

Juells · 05/09/2018 15:50

Their children must be mortified.

MsBeee · 05/09/2018 15:50

cereal killer

sorry couldn't resist

Tanith · 05/09/2018 16:09

Looks like a fairly normal day for Asda, tbh - tantrumming toddler throwing mess onto the floor.

WhereDoWeBeginToCovetClarice · 05/09/2018 17:15

Yes, why aren't they complaining about the sexism of feminine hygiene products ... don't they want products to target their embarrassing scrotal odours and unpleasant penile secretions? That way they could have all day confidence!

I think it's disgraceful these men wanting equility with women, how dare they.

traceyracer · 06/09/2018 02:14

Kelloggs have now changed the message to "approved by parents"

HailSatan · 06/09/2018 02:24

I hate these people. They make things worse for all father's!
