www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6003331/Britains-official-transgender-student-officer-suspended.html

"Shocking images on the site show an individual flashing while sitting in a train carriage, in a public park and at a bus stop.

Another photograph shows male genitals being exposed in an office close to a curved wooden desk that is strikingly similar to a picture of a work desk that Ms Bradley posted on her Facebook page. "

The photo have been archived on archive.is, you can search there under the domain exhbitionizm.tumblr.com and include lots of flashing shots.

Bradley has commented:

" I appreciate at this time there is a lot of speculation about my conduct and I am able to tell you that I am confident that none of my behaviour has been unlawful, and that I have not engaged in sexual activity with anyone, or in the view of anyone, without their consent. "

Some twitter satire on the subject Grin

When, in years to come, the account is written of the rise and fall of transactivism, amongst the stories of women's groups rising up and the unspeakable harm visited on children, there will be an overriding observation: they overplayed their hand.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 29/07/2018 11:56

This made me snort Grin

From twitter and obviously photoshopped

Janice Turner tweeting about it.

twitter.com/VictoriaPeckham/status/1023503246281900035

"This person gave evidence to @MariaMillerUK’s inquiry into changes to Gender Recognition Act. A person who (allegedly) exposed penis in office & on public transport wants access to women’s private spaces. Yet feminists are bigots for expressing concern..."

Popchyk · 29/07/2018 11:58

That's brilliant, Ova.

I have to admit, I normally avoid threads about Lily Madigan but I cannot wait to hear what our favourite women's officer thinks of this.

Gileswithachainsaw · 29/07/2018 12:13

Probably he full of sympathy. Jess will of course be the victim like LM was when the sun printed that article .

They are always the victim.

And seemingly immune from all standards of behaviour women are held to.

StepBackNow · 29/07/2018 12:15

What is hilarious is that the TRAs and handmaidens are watching this thread and reporting misgendering yet cannot bring themselves to express an opinion ......

Says it all.

‘Is your seat damp too?’
‘No...’

Oh that LOJ mock up is exquisite GrinGrinGrin

Popchyk · 29/07/2018 12:18

Busy day for TRAs.

They've got to complain about the Mail on Sunday and Andrew Gilligan and Janice Turner in the Times.

And then of course mass report on Mumsnet.

Can't be easy fitting all that in.

Last week's panel on trans rights, specifically the effects of transmisogyny on transwomen.

the other NUS officer on panel is Eden Ladleye who co-ran the workshop at NUS Women's 18 'How to Deal with Terfs' earlier in the year. The Woman's Officer who created the slideshow is also (I understand) a non-binary transwoman & friend of Emma the MN intern
Slideshow from the workshop discussed here:

This is such an own-goal. Nice one, TRAs! Star

Indierockandroll · 29/07/2018 12:22

The Guardian mock up is brilliant.

There does seem to be a silence today from allies. I'd say they can't defend the indefensible, but having seen the spin on the Speakers Corner attack, transwomen are women and get periods bullshit, I'm sure there will be a spin soon about poor Jess being hounded by nasty feminists. Only using the TE** label instead.

Yes, it’s quite perplexing how no one has rallied to poor Jess’s defense.

My post is still standing 💪💪💪

I suspect theTRAs are hoping this story is just a flash in the pan ...

CholloDeNombre · 29/07/2018 12:28

I'd like to think so Spartacous but it's easy to imagine them being glossed over

Hornsey and Wood Green Young Labour Tweet:

"Message from Jess Bradley: fill in the Gender Recognition Act consultation!"

Petition to Parliament is still open and running:
currently stands at 12 665
"Consult with women on proposals to enshrine 'gender identity' in law
The government proposes to amend the law to allow people to self-identify as men or women, and to stop allowing organisations in sensitive situations to exclude people of the opposite birth sex. We call for women to be consulted on how to protect women and girls' rights, safety, privacy and dignity
We call for:

  • Respectful and evidence-based discussion about the impact of proposed changes and for women's voices to be heard.

  • The government to consult with women’s organisations on how self-declaration would impact on women-only services and spaces, data-gathering, and monitoring of sex-based discrimination.

  • The principle of single-sex spaces to be upheld – and where necessary extended."

'At 100,000 signatures, this petition will be considered for debate in Parliament'

In reply to Janice Turner's tweet.

Why are you tarring all transgender people with the same brush? Utter bigotry.

Highlighting that the very person advising the government on why male bodied people should have access to female spaces, has been accused of allegedly flashing their genitals and runs a blog called exhibitionizm, which celebrates "dares, public exhibitionism and naughty stuff', - is bigoted?

That blog strapline, in itself, should have been enough to discredit a person's motivation for dismantling segregation by sex.

OrchidInTheSun · 29/07/2018 12:31

For anyone who wasn't on that thread yesterday which was taken down within about 10 minutes, here's the whole message, including the bits that 'Christine' redacted:

Message from MNHQ: Morning all, thanks to those who reported the thread, including the OP. We're going to take it down now, because as you've already established, we can't be sure about the facts here. By all means discuss this issue on another thread if new evidence comes to light.

It was a very short thread. The TRAs walk among us my wimmin friends

StepBackNow · 29/07/2018 12:32

I suspect theTRAs are hoping this story is just a flash in the pan ...

I see it as our duty to make sure it isn't and to keep it alive.
