I suspect they would manage to argue that there is a necessity for transwomen to have facial hair removed to treat their dysphoria and that women with male pattern facial hair growth don’t suffer dysphoria due to it. While that may be true in a strictly medical sense (in terms of reaching the threshold for a diagnosis of dysphoria) there are so many women who once again have their psychological distress dismissed and minimised.

I think they would have more difficulty arguing it if hair removal isn't offered to trans people in all areas but only some. If it is discretionary and not a universal treatment protocol.

And then how could they justify not including FFS and other surgeries which also probably be said to address dysphoria.

Well women’s psychological distress is just normal innit.
Not remotely comparable to men’s.

Same as trans women’s fears about male violence in same sex spaces are genuine and fact based.

And women’s fears are scare mongering and without foundation.

And trans women’s feelings about their privacy are real and must be respected at all costs.

While women’s feelings about privacy are bigotry and literal violence.
