now im genuinely a little confused, is there some internal thing going on here that im not aware of, i am posting on this thread discussing the topic as best i can i was genuinely concerned why someone would take this view. tbh i am also concerned that trans activists pretend to be GC and present conflicting views i really do not hold with that approach and would support you all in removing people who do that.

sorry rufus that was not aimed at you, i have always found you to be civil in any discussion, but there appears to be a group of people would seem to want to target people. i am not naive enough to realise that people on both sides are targeted on here. i would hope that it would be done through there arguments not on a personal level.

in threads like this one and previous ones on here were not all the information as been released what i have normally said is shall we wait a little bit to have this debate when we all know the facts properly and we can then agree about stuff or disagree. this was certainly true with the youtube shooter and while i must say this does appear more stright forwards we have not seen the full incident or the people and while i can not see any reason why this level of violance would be justified and they do appear to be under the trans umbrella that seems to be clear. we debate so much every day we can come back to this with clearer information. i also did this with trans actervists in relation to hyde park and upset people because of that too

Does anyone know whether the attackers would have spent the night in the cells and been released with bail, does that happen here? Having actually broken someone's eye socket I just wonder what happens.

i think its this sort of thing that is making any actual debate in any threads really difficult to have. people on both sides really dont want to hear what other people have to say on any topic they dont agree with.

i think that they people would have been detained especially the one who appears to be kicking the person in the face on the floor, though it will be unlikley we will get further information from the police as a criminal investigation is now underway, unless someone leaks details for whatever reason. either defence to get support which i feel would be misguided or from the victim who as the right to discuss this though the press will need to make sure it does not effect the case.
