Natasha Scott's article in the Hastings Online Times is a pack of lies.

The trouble is, the average disinterested Hastings reader will believe it. I can understand how people get mesmerized with the rhetoric. But they should wake up out of their trance and ask themselves: why would women, who are so peaceloving and inclusive and kind, suddenly out of the blue start attacking a small vulnerable community of men? Women have never, NEVER done so in the entire written history of our species.

AtreidesFreeWoman · 15/06/2018 20:14

Indeed.

Well fuck them.

Yes you know who.

Those who believe in sexual metamorphosis.

I believe that's within talk guidelines.

AtreidesFreeWoman · 15/06/2018 20:14

Testing SexMets.....

NamechangeLikePrince · 15/06/2018 20:25

Thanks Sarah.

Terrorism is the use or threat of action, both in and outside of the UK, designed to influence any international government organisation or to intimidate the public. It must also be for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, racial or ideological cause

Is it just me or is that spot-on?

mancheeze · 15/06/2018 20:30

When will this be accepted as a terrorism against women?

It is terrorism but it will never be recognized as such. This is ISIS level shit transactivists are doing by beating women in the street like what they did to Maria Maclachlan.

Like what they did to that woman in St. Louis, calling her a TERF and beating the shit out of her.

Transgenderism's very essence is about erasing women so that men can control every fucking thing on this planet.

ScienceIsTruth · 15/06/2018 20:50

Well, on the back of that I'll be coming along. I will not be intimidated. Fuck 'em.

NamechangeLikePrince · 15/06/2018 20:54

It is terrorism but it will never be recognized as such.

Fingers crossed you won’t take this the wrong way, mancheeze, but I really hope you’re wrong. I think they’ve crossed a very clear line here and I think we should be pressing this.

Southfields · 15/06/2018 21:02

So, namechange et al

How can we press this? Who should we be complaining to? They've got away with this venue-threatening about 10 times now.

PointlessTV · 15/06/2018 21:07

It's not just venues threatened.

A conviction for the planned attack at Speakers corner.

Many online threats to individuals.

An attack on a picket line.

Careers ruined.

Bristol stairs incident.

Emotional abuse of non feminists at Quakers venue in Oxford.

London meeting following Speakers corner assault, was there a fire threat?

NamechangeLikePrince · 15/06/2018 21:08

I understand the police are already involved. Is this not the first time they’ve resorted to bomb threats? If so, I’m sorry, I didn’t realise, but threatening a device seems like stepping over a line to me...

ToeToToe · 15/06/2018 21:08

I don't care if this is one nutjob on twitter with 10 followers - a threat of a device made publicly should be taken very very seriously by the police.

Well it's hits that definition for me. Let's look at this another way. A group of Muslims or Christians want to meet. A bomb threat is made against the meeting (credible or otherwise). How would this be viewed?

howfardoestherabbitholego · 15/06/2018 21:29

Is this the one where you go to a coffee shop and get directions to the actual location for security reasons? Or have I confuddled it with another?

ScienceIsTruth · 15/06/2018 21:33

@Magpiesarehuge, you're not really making excuses and trying to minimise this, are you?

thebewilderness · 15/06/2018 21:33

London meeting following Speakers corner assault, was there a fire threat?

In case this is not a rhetorical question, some of the transgender advocates followed women to the venue and stood outside chanting "Burn it down" until the police arrived in response to calls from the terrorized neighbors. The women were then able to leave the venue safely.

People who would threaten a peaceful meeting like this must think they have a just cause in their TRA dogma. They are narcissistic enough to try to force their view on everyone else whatever it takes, because they are so convinced/deluded they have right on their side.

We know how this plays out with anti choice extremists, animal rights extremists, extremists acting in the name of the major world religions.. I really hope that the police are taking this very seriously.

Iseveryusernamealreadytaken · 15/06/2018 22:04

Are we taking bets on whether tweeting a bomb threat gets you banned from Twitter? I'm guessing no.

Sparctopus · 15/06/2018 22:19

Southfields yes to this: they should wake up out of their trance and ask themselves: why would women, who are so peaceloving and inclusive and kind, suddenly out of the blue start attacking a small vulnerable community of men?

But more than that too, it's not just any old women raising objections - it's specifically women, in many cases, with a long history of supporting groups such as Amnesty and Stonewall, victims of violence, women's/children's and other charities. Labour and LibDems members, anti-racism and pro-LGBT and human rights campaigners, volunteers (like the Guide leaders), educators and more. And here especially, mostly parents - of small children, teenagers, young adults, including some who identify or have been through periods of identifying as trans... What the heck makes them think all these people, with all this history, would just randomly start "hating" one particular group, to the point of allegedly wanting to "destroy" them, for no reason? It's just crazy that this is hardly even questioned.

thebewilderness · 15/06/2018 22:31

It is like the Crusades and the women's loo is the holy land that they must take for their own to drive out the infidels. Yanno, females.

BlackeyedSusan · 15/06/2018 22:36

I’ve had abuse shouted at me down the streets, I’ve been sexually assaulted, discriminated against, marginalised and objectified.

This is a very common experience for women. all. the. fecking.time.

MipMipMip · 15/06/2018 22:40

Has anyone reported Natasha? I would guess police complaints commission but not sure -there will be someone. Will work best if the complainant is from the area.

I agree that this needs to be in AIBU. Something like AIBU to think that saying you're planting a device at a women's meeting should be classed as terrorism? If someone will be online for a bit maybe they could start one? I'm off shortly or I would - a lot of people take more notice of the OP's post than others so they need to keep at it.

AngryAttackKittens · 15/06/2018 22:44

Someone should make an overdramatic Oscar bait film about it. Just don't let Mel Gibson direct.

crunchymint · 15/06/2018 22:45

Probably a troll, but hope he gets prosecuted. No one should be threatening violence.
