Wish now I had thought to go with a ' Sex not Gender' banner.
Note to self: seize opportunities to be more visible.

@ChattyLion confused there wasn’t anything on the art project website about not allowing male children. How could there be any exclusion of male children or any male who wanted to come along, if males (who feel they are female) are explicitly made welcome to march with women?

Can men be part of PROCESSIONS?
PROCESSIONS is an invitation to women and girls nationwide to celebrate their right to vote and voice their concerns and hopes for the future. Whilst the artwork is a live portrait of women and girls, men are welcome to support the event by joining the audience to watch on the day.

Can children attend PROCESSIONS?
Accompanied children
Accompanied children, including boys up to the age of 13 are welcome to take part in PROCESSIONS. All minors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by their mothers, or another responsible adult woman adult such as a teacher or legal guardian.

Schools
Girls, those who identify as girls and non-binary students are invited to take part in the PROCESSIONS. Boys and those who identify as boys over the age of 13 are invited to support from the sidelines as members of the audience.
