I am different from other manly men as I identify as a man on a Wednesday rather than a friday. So I am a non-binary manly man who is a woman but thinks she is a man? Confusing really.

As a side note, at least this attempt was 'different' to the usual 'wall of text then emotional blackmail' trope that TRAs try. Unraveled a bit towards the end though. Solid 2/10, which is 2 more than TRAs usually score with me.
