Those rumble strips seem massive. I would imagine no alert and responsive driver would drive on them at all.

Maybe they are only big in the pic. But if they are as depicted, I would be pulling the driver over to check why too.

Now that I am reading about the rumble strips, he probably was pulled over for suspected DUI and was visibly inebriated and also either had a bunch of baggies with meth or had the meth chems in the car at the time (thus the manufacture with intent). However it works, I truly hope the cops did everything by the book and this individual is put somewhere where he can possibly get help for his illness and addictions, as his current crop of enablers is doing him no favors.

D M is now talking about a lawsuit, claiming that the handcuffs caused damage to the side of Moscato's left hand, which is necessary in Moscato's work as a chef.

This is the first time I have heard D M described as a "chef" and there is no mention of this profession on Moscato's web site.
