Yes, unfortunately it seems to be one of the side effects of having your eyes opened. It can be pretty lonely!

Is it sold out now? I tried to book a ticket this morning and it says 'unavailable ', unless I'm doing something wrong?

Mine was refunded last night just after midnight. My hunch is Miranda would have pulled out in protest over Posie, and so it's all gone south.
This is just a guess, I don't have inside info.

Would any of you still attend the same event in Truro? Same date? Same (original) speakers but not under the WPUK umbrella?

Can someone explain what happened to the original event?

WPUK decided they didn’t want Posie to speak. They couldn’t get a replacement speaker. So the event was cancelled.

Could the other speakers not just have spoken for a bit longer or them had a discussion?

I'll be speaking. I haven't had an explanation from WPUK about why they have made any of these decisions. I have been waiting over 24 hours for one. They didn't bother to tell me they were cancelling. So we will speak
