Anyway, there's a bit where they pop a transgender into the frame as if this was an achievement for women (and f knows how that is linked to women's votes). There. That was my peak 'moment.

I don’t disagree, but I do think there are far fewer of them than it might currently seem; unless it’s proven otherwise, I’m going to assume many or most of them are little teenage fuckwits who wouldn’t dare try that shit in reality in a million years, nor would they have motivation to do so. Some of those DIE IN A FIRE, TERFS-type posts are so repetitive and badly done, I’m just not buying it. It would only take a handful of sorry little specimens sitting in their rooms, tending a load of fake profiles to create an apparent tide. And then the posts get curated by the concerned, with no verification, which adds a layer of believability.

For the avoidance of doubt, I’m not saying there isn’t a dangerous minority.

And I’m most definitely not arguing for self-ID. In fact, I’m starting to agree with the recent poster who said rolling back the GRC seems a good idea in light of AGPs having got in on it.

A lot of people assume that. Then they see the pics of the 40 year old men with the baseball bats and the fake blood shirts that say kill all terfs, and then another is exposed as a predator, and another, and they realize that rather than it being kids posing as adults it is for the most part adults posing as kids to groom children.

Have baseball bat guy and fake blood T-shirt guy been identified? They are scary and identifiable. And with any luck, lock-up-able.

The Labour fiasco of the moment with their cloying support of train wreck LM - the way they’ve turned on any woman who is critical of gender/identity politics -it’s left me incredulous, furious.

India Willoughby is just a knob full stop, disliked intensely by much of the trans community but India reflects a lot of the narcissism, the disregard for women, the bullying snd aggression, the self absorbed me, me, me attitude that serms so common in TW and activists.

For me - it was yhe IOC guidlines a few years ago. I followed the sports debate, tried to discuss it and was attacked again and again by TW for being a bigot.

I've been peak transed since forever, I never believed it back in the day [gosh, 30 years ago] when I worked with men who had gone through the process, they may have had female names, and pronouns but they always behaved like men. I worked in construction and understood that their journey was a hard one, but it was a different one. There is no pretending that any man can ever go through the same discrimination or journey as any woman.

They still had more pay and respect than any woman in the industry, and that is including women who were more qualified and experienced than they were. Women [including me] had to work so much harder and longer to 'prove' they could 'do' construction, whereas they were almost the hallowed ones, for daring to live outside the box.
