There are no words. What a plonker.

I long ago came to the conclusion.

I wear trousers, I can read a map. I don't wear make up. I don't wear heels. I prefer maths to literacy. I can name bits of a car and what they do.

I'm generally irritated that being a woman is being reduced to clothing, shoes make up.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 20/01/2018 16:59

Your name is a bit of a problem for a woman, ChemistryGeek. A poor little pink ladybrain isn't up to these difficult scientific subjects. So yes, I think you are indeed a man. Congratulations! You should be able to get a large payrise on Monday.

Hmmmm. I’m sat here in breeches covered in horse poo and have hay covered thermal socks on. Definitely not a woman then despite the fact that I appear to have been born female ....

PositivelyPERF · 20/01/2018 17:00

I'm so glad you didn't run into India Eamonn. India (nope refuse to use she/her while talking about a biological male) would have been traumatised, with India's phobia of drag queens. Hmm

Bty, I hope you also used protection if you pulled. Wouldn't want to find out you got pregnant.Grin

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 20/01/2018 17:02

misskelly Hmm Tricky one. No idea of how political parties treat this kind of thing. They are probably struggling to keep up with all this.

Ah.

I am clearly not a woman then either.

I only wear men's clothes, never heels or dresses, and I shave my head.

So the womb that bore a child, and the breasts that fed him are???
Imaginary??
Man womb??

Is my vagina some sort of delusion or hallucination?

Should I see my doctor about this weird monthly bleeding, that must be some horrific disease because if I'm not a woman then it can't be a period, right??

Have I been doing "woman" wrong all this time??

Am I actually male then??

Blimey....must tell DP when he gets in...he'll be well chuffed to learn he's been in a gay relationship all this time.

misskelly · 20/01/2018 17:07

I agree, this would explain their own confusion over the need for a GRA for some posts but not for others. I wonder if the difference is between those who work for the party or volunteers.

I’ve tried to engage with him, and he just tells you to Google. Arrogant and stupid.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 20/01/2018 17:13

Never too late to transition, ChemistryGeek! You have of course been a man all along, you just didn't realise it. The fact that you have given birth is of no account at all. Look at Caitlyn Jenner.

splendide · 20/01/2018 17:14

It’s a woman isn’t it Lady? She just tells you to google. I might be wrong.

NotAgainYoda · 20/01/2018 17:14

I am generally a woman. Today I am a man. I find there's a correlation between me being a man and it being a Saturday.

PositivelyPERF · 20/01/2018 17:14

I think the only way that women could stop this insanity regarding pregnant 'person' Hmm is for pregnant women to complain verbally and in writing at being described as not having a sex. Get offended at the term and act offended. If these wankers are demanding the right not to be 'misgenderd' then women should be demanding the right to be 'gendered'.

NotAgainYoda · 20/01/2018 17:16

Aaaah No, though! I never wear heels on account of my bunions. I must be intersex Hmm

ATeardropExplodes · 20/01/2018 17:17

Like these ladies.

splendide · 20/01/2018 17:18

Yeah I m pretty sure she’s female. Still a stupid definition in that tweet though.

LardyMardy · 20/01/2018 17:20

Ooooo is there free curry? I’ll wear whatever you like for a free curry every week.

SimonBridges · 20/01/2018 17:20

WOMAN IS NOT A DRESSING UP COSTUME.

I do wear make up most days, and often dresses.
However I earn more than my dh and had my pregnancy been successful then he would have gone part time to be the primary carer.

What the fuck am I then?

JaimesGoldenHand · 20/01/2018 17:21

I'm a woman at work and a man at home. I get less career advancement but I still have to put the bins out.

SimonBridges · 20/01/2018 17:21

And only a man could think that being a woman is nothing more than putting on a frock and sling backs.

FreiasBathtub · 20/01/2018 17:22

Do you know what I don't get?

'Race is not fluid'? I mean, surely race is WAY more of a spectrum than gender? Unless we're back to the one-drop rule, which wasn't exactly the high point of human society? And judges people on their physical presentation rather than their inner sense of self, which as we all know is literal violence.

I wonder how all the people, especially mixed race people, especially people who are taken as a race other than the one they actually are, who have written thoughtfully about these experiences, would feel to be told that it doesn't count. Because race is not fluid.

I mean, technically I'm Jewish but I have to tell you I feel a lot less Jewish now than I did when I was 15 or 16. But apparently that kind of fluidity just doesn't happen.

SansaClegane · 20/01/2018 17:22

Wow! Yesterday I was a woman but today I'm a man! Amazing! I wonder if I'll turn into a woman again on Monday when I get ready for work with makeup, dress, heels... Hmm

SimonBridges · 20/01/2018 17:23

Get offended at the term and act offended. If these wankers are demanding the right not to be 'misgenderd' then women should be demanding the right to be 'gendered'.

Exactly fucking this.

badbadhusky · 20/01/2018 17:24

I'm a woman at work and a man at home.

Same here. Since most of our sex happens at the weekend, does that make DH gay?

Ereshkigal · 20/01/2018 17:27

I am constantly amazed by the gall of many of these young people who have a Patreon account or similar in their profiles and are essentially begging for donations to it. At the risk of sounding like a Daily Mail reader, why don't they just go out and get a job?

Because they are entitled narcissists, can't be arsed to do anything they feel is beneath them, and the world has never been short of suckers.
