AIBU GoFundMe addiction

I've recently become addicted to a Gofundme campaign. Every time I press refresh the total raised has jumped up and I don't seem to be able to stop.

I'm trying to stay within Mumsnet rules here, so obviously I can't link or promote it.

Does anyone else have this enjoyable problem?

I donated yesterday, but have just cancelled my Labour Party subs so will donate them as well. When they contact me asking why I'm no longer paying to be a member, I'll tell them they can have my hard-earned back when they sort this crap out. Maybe.

Love all the waa-waa-whataboutery in the gofundme comments, though. It's such a male trait. FWIW next weekend my big ol' evil hate-filled terfy self will be standing outside my local supermarket collecting for an independent foodbank, accompanied by the mostly middle-aged/elderly women who also volunteer. I've been volunteeering there for over a year and I've yet to see a single young libfem/brocialist pitch up to help. Funny, that...
