RAGE - is it just me?

Is it just me who has so much rage at the moment? I am not surprised that so many men are a problem but sadly being a lifelong cynic about them isn't helping my rage level.

PS I'm about to NC as I need to ask a work based question on another board - but thank you to everyone who has listened and understood.

I'm not ashamed but I worry for myself, it's like so many women don't care about this, should I pack away my feelings for the sake of my own health, switch off all media etc etc

This really resonated with me Slim. I feel just as you describe at the minute. Maybe I am part of the problem because I feel like i'm blaming other women for not caring more. The amount of NAMALT'ing which is spreading throughout MN is disheartening.
Lately I feel like I need to stay away from the internet because I come away feeling absolutely full of rage. There is a thread in AIBU at the moment that I just despair at.
