Wendy Jones, 54, could be seen celebrating as she left Liverpool Crown Court, where it was revealed she owned images of women having sex with horses, dogs and a pig, which she had been amassing for four years.
The court heard how Jones’ former partner, Kay Davies, reported her to the police after she showed her a photo of a young girl and and a man engaged in a sex act.
This is, of course, not a woman, but a transgender male, as the photos make evident. But if Jones is legally female, then their crimes will be added to the female statistics. And without the photos, there would have been no way to tell that Jones was transgender, as the article makes no mention of it.
How many sick, perverted crimes will be (and already are,) attributed to women, when they're actually committed by transgender males? And how is this right or fair? It makes me so furious

I'm thinking a link to that Daily Record article in letters to MPs would neatly demonstrate the problems of the proposed self-ID legislation. If they go through, female (sex) prison officers would have no recourse to challenge the practice with their union & could find themselves subject to disciplinary or legal sanctions. Another case for the "it'll never happen (women's concerns are unfounded)" folder.

He was in Glenochil and is now in Saughton, both of which are male estates. Which is puzzling, since the Scottish Prison Service has a published policy of housing by self-ID of gender - and he is insisting his name is Tiffany!

Oh well that's one thing I suppose Betsy. Just wondering why there are female prison guards in that case?

My mistake, Saughton does have a female hall!

Male and female prison guards work in both male and female estates, but should not normally be involved in intimate searches or similar activities.
