Wendy Jones, 54, could be seen celebrating as she left Liverpool Crown Court, where it was revealed she owned images of women having sex with horses, dogs and a pig, which she had been amassing for four years.
The court heard how Jones’ former partner, Kay Davies, reported her to the police after she showed her a photo of a young girl and and a man engaged in a sex act.
This is, of course, not a woman, but a transgender male, as the photos make evident. But if Jones is legally female, then their crimes will be added to the female statistics. And without the photos, there would have been no way to tell that Jones was transgender, as the article makes no mention of it.
How many sick, perverted crimes will be (and already are,) attributed to women, when they're actually committed by transgender males? And how is this right or fair? It makes me so furious

Why do people never make the connection that if transwomen are treated like women by the law, then they will not only be in toilets, they will be in changing rooms, showers, and prisons (including prison showers and cells) with actual women.

As with Jones, this will be recorded as a crime committed by a woman.
'Women' as a sex are supposed to be a protected class under the Equality Act, but clearly this is no longer the case.

That's sickening - I'm appalled that these crimes are being attributed to women and will be distorting the figures.

It's a man and that is that. People are born biologically male or female and no amount of surgery etc will change that fact. Even brain chemistry works differently between a male and female irregardless of genitals. This story is sickening, whether it was a male or female but clearly, in this instance, it is a male. What is actually happening to the world? When will this stop?! It's gone way way to far. Apparently this falls under the category of equal rights, well I'm sorry but this is far from equal. How much more should we endure?!

I thought I couldn't get angrier, and the just read the PP about ANOTHER one!! Come on, what can we do? Write to our MP's (would they actually take notice)?/protest? There must be something we can do - when I talk about these things to people in RL I know they think I'm transbashing and I want them to understand the severity of it!

How do you know whether this person is a male-to-female trans or female-to-male trans? How many women do you think are convicted of possession of extreme and violent porn collections? It would be really unusual behavior for a woman.

The annoying thing is that Maria Miller has been warned about this, by criminal psychologists. She's chosen to ignore those warnings.

Also, his defence brief painted a picture of a pitiful creature who was in amd out of hospital and had problems with his chronic alcoholism, his shoulder couldn't move properly - he doesn't appear to have such problems in the pictures.

This is a travesty of common sense and justice and I would really like to see someone refer this case upwards as being too lenient.
